1 General Terms & Introduction

9jil reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts created using false information will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on 9jil. Violations of these Terms and Conditions may result in bets being voided and action being taken against the account.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where the cash-out feature is available.
• 9jil reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• In live betting, any bets placed after a market has closed will be automatically voided.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended, 9jil will settle bets in accordance with its established rules.
• Any attempt to hack or manipulate the betting system will result in permanent account closure.

9jil continuously monitors betting patterns. If unusual activity is detected on any account, it may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

9jil supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. Full terms and conditions governing payments are detailed below:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes and no longer than 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• For suspicious transactions, 9jil may temporarily hold a withdrawal pending verification.
• 9jil is obligated to comply with anti-money laundering laws and may request additional documentation when necessary.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

9jil's bonus and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before claiming any bonus:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements are typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or obtain them through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

9 Dispute Resolution
